(a) Flexible Cancellation Policy: Some camping site owners/operators may offer a flexible cancellation policy, allowing guests to cancel their booking up to a certain number of days before the check-in date without incurring any cancellation fees. (b) Moderate Cancellation Policy: For camping sites with a moderate cancellation policy, guests can cancel their booking up to a specified number of days before the check-in date and receive a partial refund. In extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the guest or camping site owner/operator, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions, either party may be entitled to cancel the booking without incurring any penalties. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to communicate effectively in such situations.

5. Modifications to Bookings:

Guests may have the option to modify their bookings (subject to availability and the camping site owner/operator’s discretion) instead of canceling, depending on the specific booking and camping site policies. Any changes made to a booking may be subject to adjustment in the booking price.

6. Disputes and Resolution:

In the event of any disputes or issues related to booking cancellations, guests are encouraged to contact GoCamping.co.za customer support for assistance. We will strive to mediate and find a fair resolution for both parties.
