2. Campsite Listings
2.1. TheCampingCompany.co.za does not own or operate any campsites listed on the platform. We act solely as an intermediary between the user and the campsite owner or manager.
2.2. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any campsite listed on the Website. Users are encouraged to conduct their own research and due diligence before making a booking.
2.3. Campsite listings may include descriptions, photographs, availability, pricing, and other information provided by the campsite owners or managers. We do not verify the accuracy of this information and shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. When you make a booking through the Website, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the campsite owner or manager. The terms and conditions of the booking are determined by the campsite, and you agree to abide by those terms.
3.2. All bookings are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any campsite listed on the Website.
3.3. Payment for bookings is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By making a booking, you agree to pay the total amount specified at the time of booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the campsite and are specified at the time of booking. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policy before making a booking.
4.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the campsite’s cancellation policy. We do not have control over refund processing and shall not be liable for any delays or disputes regarding refunds.
5. User Conduct
5.1. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. You agree not to use the Website:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- To engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
